A  If NATAHABITS® products become fuzzy or wringkle due to improper care, you can use a lint remover trimmer to fix this.

A  Yes, NATAHABITS® runs true to size. Looser fit = go up one size.

 Q  What size should I use for BB 50 TB 156?
A  Since everyone has a different body shape, it is difficult to determine the size based on height and weight. For more detailed sizes, please refer to the size chart we have provided.

 Q  Why doesn’t NATAHABITS® provide size recommendations based on height and weight?
A  Because the length of the shoulders, arms, chest, waist, and thighs varies from person to person, selecting sizes based on height and weight cannot be used as a reference.

 Q  If the size doesn't fit, can it be exchanged?

A Product sets can’t be bought separately. To buy individual items, view UNSET ITEM products. Stock depends on availability.

 Q  Can NATAHABITS® sleepwear be customized?
A  NATAHABITS® is ready-to-wear clothing, so we do not accept custom orders for individual items.

 Q  Can I customize the embroidery on NATAHABITS® pajama sets?
A  We do accept custom embroidery requests for an additional fee. However, we do not recommend adding embroidery to NATAHABITS® pajama sets, as it may compromise the smooth and delicate quality of the fabric.

 Q  Can I get extra buttons?
A  All NATAHABITS® products include extra buttons. Requests for more than 1 button must be checked according to the availability.

 Q  What if I receive a product that does not match my order?
A  Please contact us  as soon as possible. We will process your report or complaint immediately.

 Q  If I place an order today, can it be shipped on the same day?
A  Orders placed before 6:00 p.m. are eligible for same-day delivery, while those made after, will be shipped the following day.

 Q  When will the out-of-stock product be restocked?
A  NATAHABITS® sleepwear is crafted from exclusive, natural materials, which means we can’t always guarantee the production or restocking timeline.

 Q  Where are the sandals manufactured?
A  NATAHABITS® sandals are manufactured outside Indonesia.

 Q  Why do the sandals feel tight even though I ordered the correct size?
A This is a common experience with new sandals. With regular wear, they will gradually adjust and mold comfortably to the shape of your feet.

 Q  How to clean the sandals?
A  Sandals can be cleaned with a special suede cleaning brush. Dry them immediately with a hair dryer to restore the sandal's original appearance.

 Q  Are NATAHABITS® sandals anti-slip?
A  NATAHABITS® sandals are made with anti-slip soles (rubber-based), so they are not slippery when worn.
